Slow-Cooked

If your 2020 holiday crew is smaller (just your immediate family) then this recipe is actually perfect for you, because it allows you to cut back on meat if you need to. All that’s required here is to make a mixture of cranberry sauce, orange juice, and onion soup, then pour it over the turkey in the slow cooker. Add salt and pepper, then cook it on low for 8-9 hours. Imagine what you can accomplish in that time!
Deep-Fried
It won’t come as a surprise to you that this is guaranteed to taste absolutely amazing. After all, there are not many things that don’t taste out of this world once fried. Add oil to a 30-quart pot, let get nice and hot at 250 degrees F, then lower the turkey into the oil and let it cook until the breast reads 151 degrees F. Let it rest for 30 minutes at the minimum. This will be a crowd favorite for sure.

Grilled
Want a gourmet turkey that was effortless to achieve? Grilling is a good option for you. Aside from the turkey itself, you’ll just need an apple, an orange, a red onion, butter, and salt and pepper. Cooking this bad boy for 2 3/4 hours yields a delicious result with smokey flavors you can only get on the grill. Plus, you have time to focus on your sides while the turkey cooks.
